My journey into the world of Industrial Engineering began with a solid foundation at Vaal University of Technology in South Africa, where I earned my National Diploma.
While my origin from the Democratic Republic of the Congo presented a unique set of challenges in the South African job market, I remained determined to carve out my own path in industrial engineering.
Initially, like many fresh graduates, I struggled to find employment in my field.
To make ends meet, I joined the ranks of Uber Eats as a Delivery Driver.
While that experience taught me a lot about grit and perseverance, working 16-hour days, seven days a week for a modest sum, it quickly dawned on me that this rat race was not sustainable.
It was not the engineering dreams I harboured back in university.
In a twist of fate, my relentless search for a better opportunity led me to the untapped potential of the Internet.
Sifting through the noise of too-good-to-be-true schemes and low-paying tasks like online surveys, I struck gold with affiliate marketing.
Diving headfirst into this new venture, I found more than just a means to earn a living; I found a new way of life.
The training program from Wealthy Affiliate showed me the ropes, and soon enough, my websites were not only earning money through Google Adsense and affiliate links but also providing valuable information to others interested in engineering and online business.
With Engineerify, my aim is not just to share my story, but also to serve as a beacon for those navigating the complexities of Industrial eEngineering.
I’m excited to grow this platform into a rich resource while learning alongside you all.
